I’m responsible for planning, developing and implementing commercial strategies based on company objectives reporting directly to the board of owners.

I’ve been working in the media monitoring field and at L’ Eco della Stampa since 2003 and my extensive experience in project management, negotiation, market research combined with my ability to eloquently convey complex ideas and excellent instinct for business opportunities, contributed to increase in company , sensitively, annual revenues. I’m people-person skilled at impressing clients, satisfying customers, developing of new strategies and keeping large multi-dimensional teams working together in the most efficient ways possible. For the last 5 years I also managed, in cooperation with the board of owners, copyright negotiations with the Major Italian Publishers.

In my free time I’m piano jazz player and singer, appasionate by the nature, especially when it comes to skiing in the winter and sailing-scubadiving in the summer. My maxim is: “Per Aspera ad Astra”  (Through hardship we reach the stars). My “Copyright Maxim” is “Today in Italy, it is as stable as cherry tomatoes on bruschetta”.

Florian's beginning point in the industry was in the late 1990's as copyright discussions and disputes peaked in Austria. He headed the contract conversations with the publishers in Austria and has been discussing copyright disputes and disputing copyright claims extensively and specialised in IP law in his law studies. The contract, which was reached in 2003 is still in place and a big success for the MMOs and still relevant revenue for the editors.
Florian is CEO of OBSERVER Brand Intelligence since 2001 and the odyssey is still ongoing and led to extensive sponsoring analysis products, early digitization, AI use in practice  and the development of the Hybrid Intelligence approach as differentiator in a market with many new competitors. The product range expanded to market research, journalist databases, influencer analysis and press release distribution.
