FIBEP is governed by an Executive Board made up of one President, eight Vice Presidents and one Secretary General. Each Executive Board member serves for a specific period, in which they are then replaced by either a lower ranking member of the Executive Board or an elected FIBEP Member.
The federation was founded in 1953 in Paris and now hosts a broad range of activities including the FIBEP World Media Intelligence Congress, annual workshops and webinars, senior-networking sessions and a variety of high-impact research studies.

In the past, Magdalena was responsible for managing companies of NEWTON Media Group in Poland and Slovakia. Her experience also includes automatic speech recognition of Slavic languages mainly focused on dictation into computer and TV and radio automatic transcription.
